Deborah Santiago

Deborah is a Transportation Planner who graduated from the University of Waterloo. Her main goal is to help develop cities in a way they can provide a better quality of life for its citizens and visitors. At Infrascape, LLC, Deborah is an Associate Designer who seeks to implement her knowledge to design sustainable and feasible projects.

Luis Perez

Luis expertise is based on the active transportation area and the utilization of landscape as support infrastructure for current problematics. At Infrascape, LLC, Luis is an Associate Designer for the Landscape Architecture and Civil Engineering teams. His main goal is to use landscape as a tool for the revitalization and rehabilitation of new and current infrastructure.

Doel Muñiz

Doel is a Civil Engineer who graduated from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico emphasizing in structural analysis and design, and is an active member of the CIAPR. At Infrascape, LLC Doel puts his civil engineering design background in with his project management experience to play an important role in the development of viable projects.
